TIGERS- AN ENDANGERED SPECIES

What is an endangered species? It is a species at risk of dying out, and tigers typify an endangered species. They have many different parts to sell at a high price, so they are an object of poaching. Many poachers hunt tigers for fur, Traditional Chinese Medicine and other things. There are three type of tigers; the Bali tiger, the Caspian tiger and the Javan tiger which have been extinct since 1980. Therefore almost all the surviving tigers are in the zoo. Their bones are used to cure arthritis, their eyeballs are used to cure epilepsy and malaria, their whiskers used to cure toothache, their genitalia as an aphrodisiac and their tails are used to cure skin diseases. Every one of tigers parts are very expensive to sell. I hope many people protect tigers from the poacher.
