Polytunnel.

It is here where in general a great quantity of vegetables and crops are produced. This system allows the creation of an environment where the climactic conditions do not affect the normal development of the crops. As the climate can be controlled, it even allows for the creation of an environment conductive to the development of crops in zones where otherwise it would be impossible for them to grow. The crops that we currently have in the school polytunnel are: Peas, Snap Peas, Giant red mustard, Rocket, Mizuna, Namemia, Corriander, Carrot, Beetroot, Onions, Spinach, Garlic, Purslane. This are being used to stock the kitchen, and to be used in the preparation of meals.
