Rotation System and soft fruit plot.

In the garden, we have divided the productive area in little plots, which are under a rotation system. The purpose of this is to not deplete the soil of all its nutrients with the permanent use of only one crop, and to avoid the increase of pests, that can occur for the same reason.

However we have plots that are dedicated exclusively to producing specific crops. That is the case for the plot of soft fruit, where we produce different kinds of berries. Currently it is composed of: Strawberries, Raspberries, Gooseberries, Blackcurrants and Redcurrants.
